This year we were approached to sponsor a local school’s football team which is near our office in Brasilia, and of course we were delighted to help.

The players had to have a full football kit in order for the school to be able to play in the local Brasilia championship for their age group. With the help of their excellent teacher ‘Professor Emerson’ we were happy to supply them with the red of Central English.

Our only stipulation was they use the red of Central English and they also offered to include Prof Shaun’s favourite football team (Liverpool FC) in the badge.

I think you’ll see from the photos how good the guys look and I’m sure they felt great having us backing them. They easily passed the first phase of the championship and were unluckily knocked out in the semi-finals. As this was the first time they have full shirts to participate in the competition we are very happy that they did so well. Next year we hope they go all the way and will be there for them once again.
